Professional Bio

I completed my engineering degree at UBC Okanagan and am now a registered Engineer-in-Training (EIT), where I focused on translating ideas into testable prototypes and then into usable products. My academic path combined machine design, materials, manufacturing, and systems analysis with software implementation.

My strongest work happens when I can connect engineering fundamentals with user needs. Over the past few years, I have built tools for students, shipped web products, and iterated on workflows that reduce manual effort in real operations.

Long term, I want to work in product-focused engineering roles where I can contribute across definition, technical execution, and deployment. I am especially interested in projects where automation, data quality, and user trust are all critical.

Interests and Motivation

I enjoy building tools that simplify difficult, repetitive tasks. I am motivated by practical impact: if a solution saves people time, improves accuracy, and is easy to adopt, it is worth building.

Outside formal coursework, I spend time exploring product strategy, writing engineering notes, and refining project communication so both technical and non-technical audiences can understand the value of a system.
